An entirely biodynamic winery located in Loreto Aprutino – an area devoted to wine and olive oil makers. Their wines are always on our tables, and each sip reminds me of how beautiful and delicious Abruzzo truly is. Stefano – together with Eloisa and Lucrezia – produce wines that are fully artisanal, made without the use of advanced technology, or added ingredients – using only grapes and patience. From Montepulciano to Chardonnay wines, each bottle is bursting with personality, and, over time, their artisanal philosophy has also spilled over to small batches of pasta, flour, olive oil, and pulses – all of which have become longtime residents in our kitchen. It is so refreshing and reassuring to be able to cook an entire meal (from antipasti to dessert), knowing that your ingredients come from such a unique combination of passionate people and luxuriant lands.
